My trip to Australia was mainly to attend my friend’s wedding. But my friends and family thought I was coming back home after two weeks. What they didn’t know was that I'd bought only a one-way flight.

My first stop was Melbourne. I spent the first two weeks adjusting to the time zone and the weather. It was the end of February, so it was the end of the Australian summer and the start of their autumn.
